Kit includes all parts, fixtures and fittings you need to build a successful exhibit. The system comes neatly packaged in re-usable freight cases for transportation to your show.

Shipping of truss systems is done by Freight Carriers and not by shippers like UPS. Freight charges are not included in the unit cost. We will arrange shipping to your show charges FOB Plant.

Sending your Artwork
You can send us final files using the following specifications or let us create production artwork from your design concept, logos and photos.
Preparing your Files: Files must be supplied at 100% of the size shown in the technical specifications tab or template. Images should be set at 100 DPI, no more or no less. Files should be supplied with colors converted to CMYK without any profiles applied. Note that PMS colors output vary depending on where conversion occurs. Check the documentation tab for "Color Conversion Tips" for additional Information.
File Formats: The following lists popular design applications and the correct way to save your file.
Illustrator: EPS, fonts converted to outline, compatible gradient and gradient mesh printing must be selected. Do NOT send AI files.
Photoshop: EPS or TIFF. Do NOT send PSD.
Quark & In Design: Include all Fonts and linked image files. We will need to send a PDF proof prior to production.
Corel, MS Office: Convert to PDF or EPS. We will need to send a PDF proof prior to production.
Proofing: These files are sent directly to production and are NOT proofed by TradeShow Depot. The purchaser of the graphics is responsible for proofing all design files with their respective graphic designer prior to submitting them to TradeShow Depot.

OpalJet: is a Photo Mylar with light-block backing and textured satin over laminate. This material is unequaled for vivid and accurate color. This is a premium panel intended for high-end long life applications.
SolFab: is a Dye Sublimation Fabric panel that is light and provides brilliant colors.

Booth Shipping and Storage
Storage: While Booths are very durable and will provide a long service live it is best to avoid temperature extremes and moisture.
Shipping: Truss Booths are shipped by trucking lines in the supplied shipping case.
