Our plant uses only brand name, high quality papers described below. Many book printers use commodity offsets or coated papers which vary from lot to lot and are usually not the same quality. Our house sheets were selected to be the best quality sheets offering the best performance and not selected to shave a little cost from the book. 

Uncoated Offset 

We use "Opaque" offset stock which has a smoother print surface and is more opaque than a standard offset sheet. We use Domtar Husky Opaque offset for our white 60# and International Paper Accent Opaque for our "Warm White" or cream colored paper. Using these papers provides a consistent high quality printing surface that is both better than a unbranded commodity paper.

Coated Paper

We use Newpage Futura stocks for our gloss and dull inside pages. This is the Premium brand for digital coated stocks and is superior to lower grade commodity coated stocks. We offer this in weights 80# and 100# in both a gloss and dull (matt) finish.

Cover Stocks

We use Knight Digital 10 Point C1S stock for our covers that we selected based on the best performing material for book covers.
